Law student studying advanced AI law and policy

About Me

I am an Effective Altruist interested in improving the governance of artificial intelligence. In May 2019, I received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. I currently work part-time as a Research Affiliate with the Center for the Governance of AI at the Future of Humanity Institute, supported by the Berkeley Existential Risk Initiative.

As of August 2019, I will be working as a Research Scientist (Policy) at OpenAI.

My research focuses on the law, policy, and governance of advanced artificial intelligence.
